SUG provides several means for employees, shareholders and others to report concerns related to the Company’s accounting, accounting controls, financial reporting, auditing or Code of Ethics and Business Conduct. SUG takes a serious approach to proper corporate governance and strongly advises employees and others to immediately report any perceived or known violation or improper conduct so that corrective actions may be taken. Employees should note that Section 806 of the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002 provides certain protections for workers reporting any such issues, however if employees wish to submit a concern anonymously, certain procedures have been established so they are free to do so.
